The Gary Player Golf Course, designed by Gary Player, is an 18-hole par-72 walking course, with a 5km running trail along the course. Built in an extinct volcanic crater, this immaculate golng paradise conforms to the stringent US PGA specications and was recently named South Africa’s Best Golf Course in the World Golf Awards 2015. It is also home to the annual Nedbank Golf Challenge which plays host to some of the world’s golfing legends.

The Lost City Golf Course with undulating and rocky terrain has an 18-hole desert-style golf course that is surrounded by spectacular views across the bushveld. Wide fairways, a series of lakes that separates the ninth with the nishing hole, the course covers more than 100 hectares and incorporates 28 000 square metres of water features.

The 72-par course has live 2-metre long crocodiles on the 13th hole with a green in the shape of the African continent. This makes it one of the most unusual, exciting and interesting golf courses in the world, and provides for a totally different experience compared to the Gary Player Golf Course. The Steyn City Golf Course is an 18-hole championship Nicklaus Design. Construction started February 2009.

The course, which was fully grown in before its ofcial launch in October 2014, providing immaculate fairways of all season rye and fescue grasses for players to enjoy. Nothing has been spared in terms of design, construction and maintenance.

The golf course has already been described as the ‘Augusta of South Africa’, and features an award winning club house that takes full advantage of the natural contours of the surrounding landscape, and boasts a fully stocked Pro Shop, luxurious locker rooms and a high-tech gym. The Pretoria Country Club Golf Course was founded on 1910 and is nestled in the scenic beauty of Waterkloof, an upmarket suburb of Pretoria. The Pretoria Country Club is known as a quality sports and social venue and is a Pretoria landmark set in magnicent surroundings.

At over 7 500 meters, the Blair Atholl Golf Course is the third longest course in the world and it takes in all the different features and moods of the Estate. It is also the former home of golfing legend, Gary Player. The course is a Gary Player design and forms the heart of the estate with its rolling greens and meadows adding to the sense of space.

The course features no less than 11 water featured holes. Designed in a loop, the course is both challenging and rewarding, perfect for scratch players to test their mettle, yet still an enjoyable round for handicapped golfers.
