Zeelo is the new drive behind ‘Africa’s Major’

Sun International is making it easier than ever for fans to attend the 2018 Nedbank Golf Challenge hosted by Gary Player with a new travel partner putting the drive into ‘Africa’s Major’ this November.

Zeelo, a world-class on-demand coach service, is reinventing the way golf fans travel to Sun City for the 8-11 November tournament on the European Tour’s prestigious Rolex Series, and is bringing sports fans together at their favourite events like never before.

Coaches depart at 07h30 and return at 18h00 daily from Thursday through to Sunday of the tournament, and fan who are staying over at Sun City are able to book a return trip on a different day to their departure trip. Groups and corporates can also book a tailor-made Zeelo experience for this tournament.

And in an effort to ensure the ultimate safety of golf fans, Zeelo has partnered with Taxify to provide travel to and from the various pick-up points at a R70 discount on their trip. Fans simply need to download the Taxify App for Android or Apple, load their card as a payment method, select “Promotions” and enter “NGC2018” as the promo code, and then request a trip.

The Gary Player Country Club will open at 07h00 daily for this year’s tournament.

The ticket cost for adults on Tuesday 6 November and Wednesday 7 November is R100 excluding a programme and free entry for children under the age of 17.

On Thursday 8 November and Friday 9 November the cost for tickets will be R200 for adults excluding a programme, R90 for children between the ages of 12 and 17, while children under the age of 12 gain free entry.

And on Saturday 10 November and Sunday 11 November, adults will pay R220 for a ticket and excluding a programme, with children 12-17 years paying R100 and children under the age of 12 gaining free entry.
