The Bidvest Wanderers Stadium and Circa today announced a partnership that will see various elements of the experience at the Bull Ring being elevated with the focus of complete customer satisfaction. In this five year agreement, Circa will work alongside the Bidvest Wanderers to deliver on brilliant basic services to the patrons that visit the stadium.
The Bidvest Wanderers Stadium is now also the home to the Circa head office in the Taverners Stand, which boasts a mega suite and function facilities.
Chief Executive Officer of the Gauteng Cricket Board (GCB), custodian of the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium, sees this as just the first of many partnerships that have the fan experience in mind. “The GCB commissioned crucial research into the experience in the 2014/15 season, and have paid close attention to what our patrons value in the stadium but also what we could improve on. We have listened and are introducing various initiatives to deliver an exceptional stadium experience.”

Circa has also been appointed as the alcoholic and non-alcoholic supplier to the Bidvest Wanderers stadium. Cricket spectators can look forward to a smoother bar service in optimised public bar facilities that will be designed with efficiency in mind. Certain enhancements in the selling of beverages to people in their seats so that they miss as little as possible of the cricket action.
Furthermore, Circa will be providing what is promised to be the biggest single hospitality area in a cricket stadium in the world in the Upper Memorial Stand at the stadium. The Bidvest Wanderers offers the perfect setting in which to do this and is certain to deliver on even the highest expectation when the international cricket season comes to town this summer.”
